Family owned and operated since March 2008, Neil Gardner’s Winning Physique Gym in Underwood Road, Ferntree Gully, has become a favourite place to train for those who are serious about getting into shape and gaining superior results.
Situated conveniently across the road from the Ferntree Gully train station and bus terminal, we are easily accessible by public transport and we have plenty of off-street parking for members that prefer to drive.
Well lit, friendly and inviting, our secure facilities will inspire you to take that first important (and often difficult), step into a gym, or to make the changes to your health and body that you may have been considering for years. Well supported by the local community, we cater to members of all shapes and sizes and from for all walks of life, in fact many of our regular members come from far and wide to be a part of our exciting and vibrant gym experience.
